1 Customer Q&As for Catenin-alpha1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Question

Hello: Regarding your product Catenin-alpha1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit, as stated in the datasheet that it has been tested in human, mouse and rat. Would it be possible to test on Xenopus cell? Also would it be possible to have more details about the actual sequence of the immunogen peptide? I look forward to hear from you.

Answer

The product Catenin-alpha1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit was successfully validated with human, mouse and rat samples, but we never tested yet on Xenopus cell. However, it is likely to react with Xenopus because the N-terminal end of Xenopus protein is quite homologous to the human alpha 1 Catenin protein.
