Description
RPLP1 is a full-length cDNA coding for the human ribosomal P1 phosphoprotein having a molecular mass of 12,336 Dalton (pH 4.75). RPLP1 protein is fused to a hexa-histidine purification tag. Applications: Western blot with SLE sera (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) ormonoclonal antihexa-His-tag antibody.
Storage & Handling
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
