Description

FASLG (CD95L/TNFSF6) is a TNF-family ligand that binds FAS (CD95) to trigger extrinsic apoptosis and also engages NF-κB–linked non-apoptotic signaling in immune regulation contexts. Assay context: ELISA/IF for soluble vs cellular presentation; IHC for tissue distribution; Western blot for isoform/cleavage assessment. Often interpreted alongside cytokine activation markers such as IFNG and checkpoint molecules like PD-L1 (CD274) in immune-phenotyping studies.

Storage & Handling
