Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human brain. Antibody was diluted at 1:100(4° overnight). High-pressure and temperature Tris-EDTA,pH8.0 was used for antigen retrieval. Negetive contrl (right) obtaned from antibody was pre-absorbed by immunogen peptide.

Question
We are currently using anti-HLX/Hlx11 antibody A30494 for human tissue, and we are content with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse, rat. Is it true that the antibody can work on zebrafish tissues as well?

The anti-HLX/Hlx11 antibody (A30494) has not been tested for cross reactivity specifically with zebrafish tissues, though there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
