I would like using your anti-p16INK4a (CDKN2A) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody, Clone#RM267 for evasion of oncogene induced senescence due to defective p16ink4a binding to cdk4 and cdk6 studies. Has this antibody been tested with western blotting on colon cancer tissue? We would like to see some validation images before ordering.
