Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human brain. Antibody was diluted at 1:100(4° overnight). High-pressure and temperature Tris-EDTA,pH8.0 was used for antigen retrieval. Negetive contrl (right) obtaned from antibody was pre-absorbed by immunogen peptide.

We are currently using anti-Phospho NIFK (Thr234) antibody P30452 for human tissue, and we are well pleased with the IF results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse. Is it possible that the antibody can work on primate tissues as well?

The anti-Phospho NIFK (Thr234) antibody (P30452) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with primate tissues, though there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
