Background of PSMC2
The 26S protease is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. The regulatory (or ATPase) complex confers ATP dependency and substrate specificity to the 26S complex. In case of HIV-1 infection, positive modulator of Tat-mediated transactivation.

Question
We are currently using anti-Proteasome 19S Rpt1/S7 Subunit antibody (Monoclonal, MSS1-104) M09306 for mouse tissue, and we are happy with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse. Is it likely that the antibody can work on horse tissues as well?

The anti-Proteasome 19S Rpt1/S7 Subunit antibody (Monoclonal, MSS1-104) (M09306) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with horse tissues, though there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
