Our lab were satisfied with the WB result of your anti-Src Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have seen positive staining in leukemic t-cell cell membrane. using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is SRC supposed to be expressed?

From what I have seen in literature, leukemic t-cell does express SRC. Generally SRC expresses in cell membrane. Regarding which tissues have SRC expression, here are a few articles citing expression in various tissues:
