Immunogen

A synthesized peptide derived from human ULK3 Serine/threonine protein kinase which enhances GLI1 and GLI2 transcriptional activity and consequently positively regulates GLI-dependent SHH signaling. May exert this function by promoting GLI1 nuclear localization. Phosphorylates in vitro GLI2, as well as GLI1 and GLI3, although less efficiently.

3 Customer Q&As for Anti-ULK3 Monoclonal Antibody

Question

Would M07706 anti-ULK3 Monoclonal antibody work on parafin embedded sections? If so, which fixation method do you recommend we use (PFA, paraformaldehyde, other)?

J. Anderson

Verified customer

Asked: 2019-12-20

Answer

It shows on the product datasheet, M07706 anti-ULK3 Monoclonal antibody as been validated on IF. It is best to use PFA for fixation because it has better tissue penetration ability. PFA needs to be prepared fresh before use. Long term stored PFA turns into formalin, as the PFA molecules congregate and become formalin.
