Part of the tectonic-like complex, a complex localized in the transition zone of primary cilia and acting as a barrier which prevents diffusion of transmembrane proteins between the cilia and plasma membranes. Required for ciliogenesis and sonic hedgehog/SHH signaling (By similarity).
