Facts about Nectin-2.
Modulator of T-cell signaling.
Can be either a costimulator of T-cell function, or a coinhibitor, depending on the receptor it binds to.Upon binding to CD226, stimulates T-cell proliferation and cytokine production, including that of IL2, IL5, IL10, IL13, and IFNG. Upon interaction with PVRIG, inhibits T-cell proliferation.

If you are searching for a new antibody that targets NECTIN2, then you have come to right place. Boster's antibody portfolio features antibodies with high affinity and specificity. Many products include bonus product credits for the first reviewer. All scientists around the world are eligible to receive rewards. Read on to learn more. Here are some of the best uses for the NECTIN2 marker.
In this study, we used an anti-Nectin-2 mAb to analyze the surface expression of Nectin-2 in OECs. As expected, we observed dense Nectin-2 expression on OECs. Flow Cytometry analysis revealed that high numbers of Nectin-2 positive cells also expressed CD31 (CD105), and CD144. The most striking co-expression of Nectin-2 was with CD146, CD105, and CD144.
Boster Bio's Nectin-2 surface antigen is a recombinant that recognizes OECs in both humans and rats. This recombinant proteins can be stored at -20degC for up six months. This reagent has a recombinant Human protein and Trehalose. Blocking peptide can also be obtained at an additional cost depending upon the immunogen length.
Other OEC markers, such as Nectin-2 are also expressed in the body. Tube-forming and endothelial cells have Nectin-3 or -4. However, their function is unknown. These molecules could also regulate angiogenesis and migration. Nectin-2 plays an important role in the immune system's ability to develop and maintain healthy blood vessels.
OECs had the highest levels both of Nectin-2 and transcript. MNCs had very low levels of Nectin-2 proteins, while HUVECs had almost no detectable levels. Nectin-2 also occurs in human tumor cells. Nectin-2 acts as an anti-inflammatory and essential component of the immune systems. It is therefore an important molecular marker.
Nectin-2 promotes signaling via VEGFR, while it is a surface marker to OECs. Studies have shown that Nectin-2 knockdown results in a decrease in VEGFR-2 level in HUVECs. Further research is needed in order confirm that Nectin-2 can also be essential for the formation OECs.
Phylomers containing novel structure may be useful in treating MB and other forms of cancer caused by aberrant SHH pathway activity. These molecules may also serve as a potential mitigation strategy against antibody-inducedthrombocytopenia. Phylomers have a higher binding affinity, which may make them useful in cancer treatment. Here are some highlights based on Boster Bio’s latest research.
Boster Bio's NECTIN2 marker is able to enrich circulating OEC for a variety of purposes. It has been shown, that circulating OECs could carry a variety if genes. For example, NECTIN2 is expressed on many types of cancer cells. Moreover, Boster Bio NECTIN2 can be used to detect cancer stem cells.
This marker can enrich both viable CTCs (invasive) in a single step. The patient's blood is added to a tube coated by CAM. CAM binds to invasive tumor cells, which captures them. In this way, the CTCs exploit the mechanisms of metastatic tumor cell invasion. One study found that the CAM-coated tube produced 61 CTCs/ml for 28 of 54 stage I-III patients with breast cancer.
The anti-Nectin-2 mAb Y-443 exhibits potent antitumor effects on MDA-MB-231 and OV-90 cell lines. This antibody appears to have ADCC in its main mechanism. Boster Bio developed a high affinity anti-Nectin-2 monoAb. It is a promising candidate for therapeutic application in the treatment ovarian and breast carcinomas.
Over-expression of Nectin-2 has been detected in breast and ovarian cancer tissues, as well as in cancer cell lines. Other studies have found over-expression of Nectin-2 in neuroblastoma, myeloid leukemia, lymphoblastic leukemia, and gastric cancer. In addition, overexpression of Nectin-2 has been found in several cancers, including gastric and colon cancer.
Nectin-2, a protein that regulates cell adhesion among epithelial cells, is called. Cell adhesion mediated by Nectin-2 induces the formation adherens junctions with Ecadherin. Nectin-2 also functions as an organizer of Sertoli cell-spermatid junctions in the testis. It is also a key virus entry receptor. Nectin-2 belongs to the TIGIT and DNAM-1 ligand families.
Boster Bio NECTIN2 antibody, mAb, binds to recombinant protein corresponding to tumor cells' nectin-2 epitope. This antibody not only neutralizes the Nectin-2 Ab, but also inhibits the interaction of Nectin-2 with Nectin-3 which is essential for tumor cell survival. It is also highly specific in detecting NECTIN-2.
The boster Bio NECTIN2 protein was overexpressed in breast and ovarian cancer tissue samples. Nectin-2 expression levels in tumor cells was determined by flow cytometry analysis. The box indicates the 25th-75th percentile of Nectin-2 expression in tumor cells. This protein can be expressed in a variety o blood vessels, such as the blood.
