1 Customer Q&As for mTOR (Phospho-Ser2448) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit
Question
Which one is better for comparing phosphorylation, EKC2319 or EKC2466?
Verified customer
Asked: 2019-07-19
Answer
The MTOR (Phospho-Ser2448) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit (EKC2466) and MTOR (Phospho-Thr2446) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit (EKC2319) are designed to detected mTOR phosphorylation, therefore, both should work well in detecting phosphorylated mTOR. One thing to consider is which phospho site is being studied.
