Background of beta-Arrestin 2
ARRB2 (arrestin beta-2), also known as Beta-arrestin-2, BARR2, ARB2, DKFZp686L0365, arrestin 3, is an intracellularprotein that in humans is encoded by the ARRB2 gene. Members of arrestin/beta-arrestin protein family are though to participate in agonist-mediated desensitization of G protein-coupled receptors and cause specific dampening of cellular responses to stimuli such as hormones, neurotransmitters, or sensory signals, as well as having signalling roles in their own right. Arrestin beta 2, like arrestin beta 1, was shown to inhibit beta-adrenergic receptor function in vitro. It is expressed at high levels in the central nervous system and may play a role in the regulation of synaptic receptors. Beta-arrestins were originally discovered in the context of heterotrimeric G protein-coupled receptor desensitization, but they also function in internalization and signaling of these receptors.
Antibody Validation
Boster validates all antibodies on WB, IHC, ICC, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA with known positive control and negative samples to ensure specificity and high affinity, including thorough antibody incubations.

Answer
The anti-Beta Arrestin 2/ARRB2 antibody (PA1845) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with zebrafish tissues, though there is a good chance of cross reactivity. We have an innovator award program that if you test this antibody and show it works in zebrafish you can get your next antibody for free. Please contact me if I can help you with anything.
