According to literature layer of synovial tissue does express HMOX1. According to Uniprot.org, HMOX1 is expressed in layer of synovial tissue, foreskin, cervix carcinoma, among other tissues. Regarding which tissues have HMOX1 expression, here are a few articles citing expression in various tissues:

My team were satisfied with the WB result of your anti-HO-1 Monoclonal antibody (HO-1-2) . However we have been able to see positive staining in layer of synovial tissue microsome. using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is HMOX1 supposed to be expressed?
