Western blot analysis of IL-8 expression in Recombinant Human IL-8 50ng (lane 1). IL-8 at 11KD was detected using rabbit anti-IL-8 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # A00423) at 1:1000. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
