We are currently using anti-PDHA1/Pdh E1Alpha Rabbit Monoclonal antibody M01906 for mouse tissue, and we are happy with the IHC results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse, rat. Is it true that the antibody can work on goat tissues as well?

The anti-PDHA1/Pdh E1Alpha Rabbit Monoclonal antibody (M01906) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with goat tissues, though there is a good chance of cross reactivity. I am find an antibody for PDHA1 on your website (M01906 or A01906). My reaction sample from pig tissue and I want to test PDHA1 expression in pig oocyte sample using IHC method. I am not sure this antibody is working in my sample. Do you have some suggestion to choose M01906 or A01906? Could you send to me an antibody sample sack to test antibody available in my pig sample?

Abways didn't run IHC test with pig samples. Immunogen sequnce for M01906 is PTDHLITAYRAHGF. According to the sequence homologe, M01906 (CY6656) will have a good chance at reacting with pig oocyte samples for IHC.
