Our team were happy with the WB result of your anti-Phospho-Akt (Ser473) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have seen positive staining in muscle ovary cytoplasm. using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is AKT1 supposed to be expressed?

From Uniprot.org, AKT1 is expressed in left adrenal gland, adrenal gland, muscle ovary, foreskin, cervix carcinoma, cervix carcinoma erythroleukemia, liver, among other tissues.
