Flow Cytometry analysis of K562 cells using anti-Syntaxin 4/STX4 antibody (A05345-1).
Overlay histogram showing K562 cells stained with A05345-1 (Blue line). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% normal goat serum. And then incubated with rabbit anti-Syntaxin 4/STX4 Antibody (A05345-1, 1 μg/1x106 cells) for 30 min at 20°C. DyLight®488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (BA1127, 5-10 μg/1x106 cells) was used as secondary antibody for 30 minutes at 20°C. Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG (1 μg/1x106) used under the same conditions. Unlabelled sample without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Red line) was used as a blank control.

Enables sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase activator activity. Involved in several processes, including cornified envelope assembly; positive regulation of immune effector process; and positive regulation of protein localization. Located in several cellular components, including basolateral plasma membrane; cytoplasmic vesicle; and lamellipodium. Part of SNARE complex. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and postsynapse. Implicated in autosomal recessive nonsyndromic deafness.
