Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (ERBB2)
Protein tyrosine kinase that's part of many cell surface receptor complexes, but that apparently wants a coreceptor for ligand binding. Essential element of a neuregulin-receptor complex, although neuregulins don't interact with it alone.
GP30 is a potential ligand for this receptor. Regulates outgrowth and insertion of peripheral microtubules (MTs).
