Background of NFATC1/NFAT2
C3 plays a central role in the activation of the complement system. Its processing by C3 convertase is the central reaction in both classical and alternative complement pathways. After activation C3b can bind covalently, via its reactive thioester, to cell surface carbohydrates or immune aggregates.
Antibody Validation
Boster validates all antibodies on WB, IHC, ICC, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA with known positive control and negative samples to ensure specificity and high affinity, including thorough antibody incubations.

Question
We bought anti-NFAT2 Rabbit Monoclonal antibody for WB on peripheral blood lymphocyte t-cell in a previous project. I am using human, and We intend to use the antibody for IF next. I would like examining peripheral blood lymphocyte t-cell as well as b-cell lymphoma in our next experiment. Could give a recommendation on which antibody would work the best for IF?
