My colleagues were happy with the WB result of your anti-Phospho-Paxillin (Y118) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have been able to see positive staining in brain testis cytoskeleton using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is PXN supposed to be expressed?

From what I have seen in literature brain testis does express PXN. From what I have seen in Uniprot.org, PXN is expressed in fundus of stomach, placenta, fetal kidney, brain testis, cervix carcinoma, leukemic t-cell, cervix carcinoma erythroleukemia, liver, among other tissues.
