My colleagues were happy with the WB result of your anti-CD22/Siglec 2 Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have seen positive staining in corpus callosum cell membrane using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is CD22 supposed to be expressed?

From literature, corpus callosum does express CD22. Generally CD22 expresses in cell membrane. Regarding which tissues have CD22 expression, here are a few articles citing expression in various tissues:
