Facts about Transcription factor p65.
The dimers bind at kappa-B sites in the DNA of their target genes and the individual dimers have distinct preferences for different kappa-B sites which they can bind with distinguishable affinity and specificity. NF-kappa-B is controlled by various mechanisms of post-translational modification and subcellular compartmentalization in addition to by interactions with other cofactors or corepressors.

Nucleus. Cytoplasm. Nuclear, but also found in the cytoplasm in an inactive form complexed to an inhibitor (I-kappa-B) (PubMed:1493333). Colocalized with DDX1 in the nucleus upon TNF-alpha induction (PubMed:19058135). Colocalizes with GFI1 in the nucleus after LPS stimulation (PubMed:20547752). Translocation to the nucleus is impaired in L.monocytogenes infection (PubMed:20855622).
In this bio, you'll learn more about Steven Boster, the man behind the RELA Marker. This bio will outline his background and career as well as the creation process for the BOOSTER toolkit. This bio will guide you make the most of the RELA Marker. Here are a few of the advantages you can expect from this marker. Continue reading to learn more about how you can reap the benefits of this instrument for scientific research.
Steven Boster is an aspirant superhero. He is a confident and resourceful boy who looks up to his caretakers and considers them family. He dreams of becoming an hero like Amethyst and Pearl. He loves adventures however, he can sometimes eat more than is safe to chew. Despite being young the boy always attempts to befriend those he dislikes and turn into allies.
He has been born with weaknesses from both his human and Gem side of the family. He has to take care of his body because of his dependence on the gem. The incident with the White Diamond separated him into two distinct entities two parts: the human and the Gem half. While the human half was lacking self-control and was extremely weak, it sought reconciliation with its Gem side. It isn't clear what the distinction is between the two sides.
The main difference between Steven's natural age and his Gem identity is the way he plays with his age. Steven's appearance is dependent on how old he believes himself to be. Gem shapeshifting powers are responsible for the ability to alter his age. If his organic half fails, the result will be an uncontrollable increase in age. When he is in Fragments, his body may age a little.
The most intriguing aspect of his character is his deep-seated desire to take revenge. This nihilistic desire to harm Diamonds also manifests in his actions and in his choices. In "Fragments", Steven reveals that he's often thought of shattering the White Diamond's gem. This highlights his vulnerability to manipulation. Steven despite his positive attributes, is a complex person who makes poor decisions. Steven's life is complex.
Although his family seems to have moved forward with their lives but his family continues to support and encourage him. Steven continues to seek respect from his father, despite family's efforts to influence him. The family's disapproval of him might be the reason behind his emotional anxiety. Steven seeks assistance from his father to conquer his emotional burden. This is an excellent example of how rejection can fuel an individual's strength.
He was born in New York City, 1898. He was a student at the Naval Powder Factory. His early career was based upon research and experimentation with photography. He was also acquainted with other members of the Left Bank Film Movement, which included novelist Marguerite Duras and director Alain Resnais. Later, Marker became a member. His work was often paired with the group's work and French New Wave films.
Marker also made short films while living in Paris. In 1962, he released his first film, "La Jetee", which was about a post-nuclear-war project. Marker uses a mixture of film footage and photomontage for this film. He also employs minimal narration. Marker's work combines documentary film's formal elements and his unique style of commentary, delivered from friends.
